THE JOY OF LAUGHTER
“Laughter is the best medicine” is a phrase that dates back to biblical times as an old Proverb and it’s still widely used today all over the world. That’s because it’s true!
Let’s take a look at what happens inside your body, mind and spirit when you laugh.
Laughter’s Effect on Your Body
Endorphins are released throughout your body, stimulating muscles, nerves, organs and tissues when you laugh. Studies show these endorphins give relief to chronic pain, help to relieve stress and promote functioning of the immune system. Laughter literally helps heal your body.

Get the Praise You Deserve
By: Shuja Ch
Who else want praise? “Everybody”,
did you say or agree. Well; everybody wants a pat or an appreciation. We
produce better results when encouraged. In fact there is a rush of a special
chemical, called Adrenaline in our blood stream, which makes us feel good and
promote a sense of well being when we hear the words of appreciation and
praise. Praise is such a power tool to
make somebody, anybody feel good that this tool is often misused that that it
is used constructively. Wikipedia defines; Praise is the act of making positive statements about a person, object or idea, either in public or privately.
In
general, we think so many thoughts in a day (about 150 thousand), but we don’t
remember everything happening around.
How to Banish Negative Thoughts - for good!
Negative inner dialogue or self talk holds us back from having all the things we most desire.
Are you a victim of this type of self talk?
Here's a quick way to stop your negative inner-talk...
* Be Aware.
If you're feeling tense, anxious, upset, angry, etc. then chances are there's some level of negative self talk going on. When you feel these physical symptoms *immediately* check to see what chatter is going on inside your mind?
* Flip Switch.
You may not be able to relieve the physical symptoms instantly, but you can take control and "reverse" them with a little practice.
The best way to 'consciously' rid yourself of negative self talk is to deliberately "flip switch" your thoughts to
something more pleasant. Something that you're grateful for. Something that gives you happiness.
The 'big trick' is to start being more consciously aware of your thoughts and emotions - because then you can start to take control of them!
Are you saying to yourself right now that it's too hard? That you're just not able to do it?
If you are: simply remind yourself that "you are the boss", not some nagging voice in your head.
It takes practice - but the rewards for you are endless!
Remember...
All of your desires, dreams and goals can be easily sabotaged by negative self talk.
Your negative thoughts stem from your subconscious mind and the beliefs it holds about you and where you fit into this world.
Much of these beliefs are unfounded and changing them will make the most amazing changes in your life.

How to Do This Simple Exercise
With your feet pointing straight ahead, spread them apart about shoulder width. Grab your right earlobe with the thumb and finger of your left hand. Cross over your left arm and do the same using your right hand on the left earlobe. Then squat as fully as you can, breathing in. That's a little counter intuitive, but that's what you do. Quick reminder 3 - Willingness is the key
Willingness is the key.
While today is practice for tomorrow, sometimes habits and beliefs can have a powerful hold, and it can seem like they'll never go.
Willingness is the key. Are you willing to have what you desire? Are you willing to let go of your old way of doing or thinking? Some people ask "Are you willing to do whatever it takes to get what you want?" It's not that you end up having to do whatever it takes, but rather the quality of willingness that unlocks the door.
If you really like adventures, here's an interesting affirmation to try on for size: "I am willing that my present and future be totally unlike my past." Willingness is the key.
Have a fantastic day,
Best wishes
